WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU THIS SUMMER
New registrations are still being processed and our classrooms equipped before we welcome you back. We want to serve our families even better than ever before in the upcoming academic year.
Attached along with this memo please find the 2021-2022 school calendar and your child’s classroom supply list. See attachment on how to order academic supplies online!
Uniforms will again be available for purchase at Dennis Uniforms and their navy-blue sweater is the only sweater that will be allowed on cold days.
Lunch is now provided free of charge to our families. Be sure to read the instructions on the next page and fill out the enclosed application.
CAMP IGNITE will continue to run through July 30th. Register your child for only $80/week.
Please remember that Parent Orientation Day is scheduled for Monday, August 23rd. Follow the schedule above and meet in the Chapel first, according to the youngest sibling’s grade. We request that parents come without their children due to limited seating. Our teachers will be introduced and various important school procedures discussed. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have concerning the upcoming year and visit your child’s classroom to meet his/her new teacher! Extended Care registration forms will be available that night should you require their services.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
This year classes begin on Wednesday, August 25th!
Our first day of school is Wednesday, August 25th. School drop off begins at 8:00am and classroom doors close at 8:15am. We do have Extended Care which opens at 7:00am and closes at 6:00pm. You must register ahead of time for extended care. When dropping off or picking up your child from Extended Care, always remember the Parent must park and sign their child in/out. Preschool parents must also ALWAYS park their car and walk their child to and from the classroom. Sign in and out at the reception counter.
Pick up Car Line time this year is from 3:00pm-3:15pm for Kindergarten – 5th grade and from 3:15-3:30pm for Middle School and High School. Follow the OLDEST SIBLING schedule if you have multiple children. Finally, we urge you to please make sure you have finalized your online registration process before the first day of school and signed your family’s Payment Plan Agreement.
REMEMBER OUR NEW REFERRAL INCENTIVE
We count on you to help us spread the word about our school. You more than anyone else can give testimony of the positive impact our ministry has had on your children. As an incentive, we are crediting your account $300 for each child you refer to Trinitas Academy and enrolls!!
Tell your friends they can get up to $7,000 or more per child to attend Trinitas Academy through Step Up For Students by applying here (sufs.org) before August 1st. They can also proceed to Apply for the 2021-22 School Year on our school’s website or Request a Personalized Tour. For assistance, contact Mrs. Jackie Diaz at 954-581-2744, ext. 103.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE LUNCH AT TRINITAS ACADEMY:
- Fill out an application and return it to school as soon as possible.
- Once processed, you will receive a notice of eligibility, indicating if you are either:
(i) approved for the free meals,
(ii) approved for a reduced-price
*In case of denial, you can still participate in the program by purchasing the lunches at $4/day/child.
