By signing this parent handbook, the parent agrees to insure that all policies explained in this handbook, including those relating to finances, are completely understood and will be supported.

A non-refundable annual registration fee (due June 1st), activity fee (due July 1st),and book fee (due Aug. 1st) are due before starting classes. Graduation Fees for Grades PK, Kindergarten, 5th Grade, 8th Grade and 12th Grade will be charged during theschool’s second semester.

Your child’s tuition is a yearly fee divided into 10, 11, or 12 monthly payments for convenience. Families with only preschool children may also choose to make weekly payments. You are responsible for the monthly or weekly payment regardless of days missed or attended.

Trinitas Academy is open from 7:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Morning Extended Care: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Afternoon Extended Care: 3:00p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Full Day Program: 8:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Half Day Program for Preschool: 8:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
